You will find recipes for the Crock Pot or Slow Cooker that take just a few minutes to get ready.  I will share some of my favorite recipes for casseroles.  Although here in North Dakota we call them Hotdishes. 
Vintage recipes from my mom and grandmothers make their way into my blog every month.  When you are in a hurry to make a meal and need an idea for a quick and easy meal this is where you will find it!
 
Many of the recipes I post are Gluten Free.  It took me some time to adjust to cooking Gluten Free but once you know the ins and outs you will also be a Gluten Free Goddess!
