Monster Cookie Dip

Have you ever got up in the morning and remembered that you forgot the potluck? Well this recipe is your answer. Monster Cookie Dip takes all of 10 minutes to make. It is seriously tasty and super easy to make. Once you start eating the Monster Cookie Dip it is hard to stop.

Let's start with our ingredients; butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, powder sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and of course the chips and candy. That's right, no eggs so nobody can get sick from eating the cookie dough.

Start by creaming the butter and cream cheese together.

It should look just like this.

Add in the brown sugar and powdered sugar and combine. No need to over mix. It only takes about 30 second to come together.

I honestly can't tell if this is right side up or down. But you get the point. Add your peanut butter and vanilla and mix it all together.

Add in your daily dose of oatmeal and once again combine.

With the addition of the oatmeal this Monster Cookie Dip is starting to feel like the cookies we all know and love. All you have left to do is add the candy and the chocolate chips. It's that easy. So here's the scoop. If you have mini chips it would be great to use them. But, as you might know, they don't make mini chips in milk chocolate in Fargo. Therefore I needed to use regular size chips.

Once everything is combined you have your Monster Cookie Dip. Find some pretzels, crackers, apples, animal cracker cookies or whatever snack you would like to dip in the dip and you are set to go! I bet potato chips might taste very good dipped in Monster Cookie Dip.

Missy's Memos

  • You could use semi sweet chips instead of milk chocolate chips.

  • You could also use regular size M&M candy instead of mini candy.

  • I keep a large container of oatmeal that I have pulsed in the food processor. I just like it to be a bit more ground up. I used that oatmeal in this recipe.
